Zhen Lin holds on to the vision of “Racial Inclusion and Harmonic Collaboration”. Our primary objective is providing social services to ethnic minorities, with a particular emphasis to catering to their actual daily needs and spiritual satisfaction.
The story behind Zhen Lin
「臻」字出於「臻於至善」,意思是不斷探索,才能發現真理,達到前所未有的新境界。而「林」字則出於「十年樹木、百年樹人」,培育樹木要十年,培育人才更要百年之久。
The ultimate aim of nurturing people is taking them to the best - a task demanding years of hard effort yet still extremely worthwhile. Tremendous care, time and resources are no doubt necessary. With the right amount of input, we will eventually be able to reap the ideal fruits – bright people with both talent and virtue!
Founded in 2010, Zhen Lin is a non-profit organisation with a track record of offering education and educational social services to families and children with special needs in the society (especially non-Chinese speaking ethnic groups that lack the resources). In the past, we also travelled to schools in remote areas for cultural exchanges and to help with children and family education programs by the locals.
Our Vision and Mission
We are dedicated to helping children/teenagers in the society to enjoy equal educational opportunities regardless of their race, language and colour, so that they can compete fairly in the job market in the future.
